Plenty of fitout firms design the space and subcontract the building. DesignFit is the builder. Structural changes, new builds, base-building works, demolition and the trades and certifications that go with them are managed under our own licence and insurance.

That means one accountable builder for the entire job, and the person managing your project is the registered builder whose name is on the company.

Construct only: you have the drawings, we build them

Many projects arrive with the design already done by an architect, an interior designer or the tenant's own team. DesignFit can price and build to those documents as the registered builder, managing the trades, the site, the certifications and the program.

If the design is not finished, we can take that on too under design and construct, with one contract from first sketch to handover.
