Most corporate fitouts start with a lease: a new tenancy, a relocation or an expansion onto another floor. The move date is usually fixed, and the business has to keep running at the old address until it arrives.

We plan the fitout around that date from the start. Where there is an old tenancy to hand back, the same builder can run the defit and make-good at the address you are leaving, so both ends of the move sit on one program.
