What does design and construct mean?
Design and construct (D&C) means one company both designs and builds your project under a single contract. DesignFit designs and constructs, so one accountable registered builder owns the whole outcome from concept to handover.
Why is design and construct better?
It removes the gap between design and build. The budget is honest from day one, there's no finger-pointing between separate designers and builders, and you deal with one accountable team, which is faster and lower risk.
