Mining & Resources
Fitouts Perth.
Offices, training facilities and staff spaces for the companies behind Western Australia's mining and resources sector. DesignFit built Komatsu's $6M Training Academy and has delivered repeat projects for Epiroc, designed and constructed by a registered builder.

Built for the sector that runs WA
Mining and resources companies buy a fitout the way they buy everything else: on delivery, safety and documentation. The workplace has to suit people who split their week between site and city, often house equipment and training as well as desks, and carry a global brand properly.
That is why Komatsu engaged DesignFit for its $6M Training Academy and why Epiroc has come back for repeat projects. See the Epiroc workspace and the Komatsu Training Academy.
Offices, training and amenity under one builder
The Epiroc workspace shows the range in one project: open-plan work floors, glazed meeting rooms, a large staff kitchen and breakout, branded feature booths and a training room set up for equipment simulators.
For operational sites and warehouses, our industrial fitouts page covers workshop offices, crib rooms and mezzanine levels. For a city head office, see corporate and head office fitouts.
Delivered to site standards
DesignFit self-delivers under its own licence and insurance, runs inductions and site safety as part of the program, and documents the work so it stands up to audit. Austal and Solstad sit alongside Komatsu and Epiroc on the client list.
