The only accurate figure comes from a site walk-through and a fixed-scope quote, which we provide free.
How long does an office fitout take?
Most commercial fitouts run from a few weeks to a few months depending on size and complexity. We give you a firm program up front and manage it to hit your agreed move-in date.
What is a defit and make-good?
A defit is stripping a leased space back out at the end of a lease. Make-good is restoring it to the condition your lease requires. DesignFit handles both, fully documented, so you satisfy the landlord, recover your bond and avoid a dispute.
Do I need a designer or a builder for an office fitout?
With DesignFit you get both under one roof. We design and construct, so one accountable registered builder owns the whole project from concept to handover, with no gaps between the drawings and what gets built.

Yes. DesignFit is owner-operated by Simon Chester, a registered building practitioner in Western Australia, and we self-deliver the construction under our own licence and insurance.
